This newly renovated, spacious villa, offers direct lake access on the ‘sunny side’ of the lake in Verbania. The main villa and charming guesthouse can accommodate comfortably up to 16 guests.

The villa has a private garden with many facilities to be enjoyed both in and out of the water. For the children there is a trampoline, a swing, bicycles, canoes, sup, billiard table, table tennis, table football, and volleyball.
… Or just relax in the lounge corner in the sun-drenched garden, amidst the secular Magnolia trees, Palms and Jasmin and take in the magnificent view and ambience of the lake surrounded by the snowcapped tops of the Monte Rosa mountains.
The villa is located in a quiet, one way street with a wide foot and cycle path. Close by, and within walking distance, you will find the small, romantic town of Pallanza with its characteristic churches, small shops, plenty of nice restaurants and the park of Villa Giulia. A few minutes further the larger town of Intra offers a lot of nice shops, boutiques and restaurants, terraces and the botanical gardens of the famous Villa Taranto.
This luxury villa can host up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The guest house can accommodate 8-10 people in 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The interiors have comfortable furniture and elegant decor. Overall the decor creates a sporty and sunny ambience.
The living room includes a large sofa as well as a cosy fireplace.
Also there is a spacious dining area suitable for 16 guests, a large fully-equipped kitchen including a large refrigerator and plenty of counter space. In addition, upstairs there is a recreation area, billiard table and a variety of games for both children and adults to enjoy.
Finally, for guest entertainment and comfort, the Villa provides satellite TV, a sound system all around the house, and wireless internet.
The rooms in the guesthouse all have direct access to the outside area of the villa.
Enjoy the modern facilities in the kitchen: large fridge with icemaker, island with induction hob, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, microwave, coffee corner. Sip a drink at the bar, have a meal in the dining room or on the large lakeview terrace (if needed with terrace heating). Or sit in the comfortable dining lounge chairs under the big Magnolia tree and prepare a steak on the Big Green Egg.
The villa and guest house combined offer 7 bedrooms. The villa has 3 bedrooms, the guesthouse has 4 bedrooms. Two extra beds and two children’s beds are available. Every bedroom has airconditioning and insect screens at the windows. The 6 bathrooms (3 in the villa, 3 in the guesthouse) all have rainshowers, handshowers, a double or single sink, hairdryers and an air ventilation system and fresh towels. One bathroom in the villa has a bath tub. In the villa there is a guest toilet on the main floor and outside in the garden is a second guest shower room and toilet. An outside shower is in the garden close to the harbour is also installed.
Outside you will find two large covered terraces with carefully arranged outdoor furniture. This space accommodates “al fresco” dining with a fantastic view over the lake.
This villa provides a lot of outdoor activities for guests, who are active and love the outdoors.
A beautifully kept lawn has gorgeous views of the lake and mountains and the island in front of the house.
Included in the rental price of the villa are canoes, a surfing sup, a sailing boat and a dinghy, which are in the private harbour in front of the garden. Motor boat rental is available upon request.
In the villa there is a recreation room with a large billiard table that has belonged to a billiard star from the ’50-s.
On its partly covered terrace there is table tennis and table football.
The satellite television in the dining room or living room provides every international channel and a great variety of movies.
In every room is it possible to stream your own choice of music.
In the harbour are several boats, canoes, sup and playing stuff to have fun in the water. Lay down on the sun beds on the pontile or take a swim in the natural swimming pool.
The house has one key for all the locks and also an entrance code. There are several safes in the house. In the basement, a washing machine and dryer can be used.
Parking space for two cars in the garage, other parking facilities are nearby the house.
The house is ‘child friendly’ and offers a lot of facilities for children (swing, trampoline, children’s beds, children’s chairs, life jackets).

For people who love water sports the property offers everything you wish for including swimming, snorkelling, sailing, rowing, wakeboarding, surfing, paddle boarding, canoeing or just laying down on the sunbeds and staring over the water.
A private port for large boats (up to 10 m) with an inside floating mooring platform and an outside jetty offers many possibilities to moor a boat.
This port can also be used as a private swimming area or a sun deck. It is safe for children.
A part of the port is covered, in which you can put small boats.
Also a buoy for boat parking in front of the port, within swimming distance from the dock, is available for your boat.
The garden also provides a boat ramp to step easily into small boats or canoes.
You can use free of charge the 3 canoes, a padde board (with or without sail), a small sailing boat (Laser Pico) and 2 small paddle board.
If you want to rent a speedboat (without drivers license) we can provide that on an extra rental fee basis. You can also bring your own boat.
